We operate on a membership-based model and do not bill insurance directly. However, we can provide you with superbills that you may submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. Many patients find that the comprehensive care, convenience, and time spent with providers is well worth the investment.
Are lab tests included in the membership fee?
Lab tests are not included in the membership fee. However, members receive exclusive discounted pricing on lab services. Any recommended testing and associated costs will always be discussed with you in advance.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes, memberships can be cancelled with 30 days notice. We want you to feel confident in your decision to join our practice.
What if I need additional services?
